By accessing or using APIBolt ("Service"), operated by APIBolt Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

APIBolt provides an AI API gateway service that allows users to access multiple AI models through a unified API interface. The Service includes:

• Access to AI models from various providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Prepaid balance system for API usage billing
• API key management and usage analytics
• Local payment methods for balance top-ups

3. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials.

4. Usage and Billing

The Service operates on a prepaid balance model. API usage is billed per token at rates published on our website. You must maintain a positive balance to use the Service. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Service using AI models is owned by you, subject to the underlying model provider's terms. The Service itself, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the property of the Company.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party AI model providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be refunded subject to our refund policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
